RSV Baby Vaccine Announcement

Baby travel vaccines - MMR for baby

If you are travelling to another country…

Babies age 6 to 11 months can get an MMR vaccine before travelling. You can get the vaccine for free from us here at the Surgery. Try to get the vaccine at least 2 weeks before you travel. Babies under the age of 6 months cannot get the MMR vaccine. But they still have any protection that was passed on during pregnancy. If your baby gets an MMR vaccine before the age of 12 months, this does not change the regular vaccination schedule. This means they still need to get the doses at age:

12 months

4 to 5 years (in junior infants through their Primary School)

To book a GP or Consultant requested private blood test please contact us here at the Surgery. Our appointment times run from 9am to 11:20am Mon - Wed and 8am- 11:20am Thurs & Friday.

All blood tests must be ordered by a GP or Consultant

To book a GP or Consultant requested private blood test please contact us here at the Surgery. You can then book a test privately here with us at the Surgery or through St. Joseph’s Hospital in Raheny. Please note that results can take up to two weeks from the date of your tests.

Our appointment times run from 9am to 11:20am Mon - Wed and 8am- 11:20am Thurs & Friday.
